Copyright on pictures you would like us to print
You must own the copyright to any photo or image you upload to this website. This means you must have taken the picture yourself or have permission to use it. It is against the law to reproduce pictures, trademarks or logos which do not belong to you, including most of those downloaded from the web. We, therefore, retain the right to refuse to print any image which we believe you do not have permission to use and you agree to indemnify us against any loss, claims or expenses incurred by us as a result of you providing pictures which you do not have the right to use.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order which include images or text which we deem to be offensive, obscene, blasphemous or defamatory.
Copyright on our pictures
All the images on this site are protected by copyright © and may not be printed, saved, downloaded, modified or reproduced in any way without our prior permission, in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are in British Pounds and include VAT at the current UK rates, where applicable.
As orders are personalised and made to your individual requirements, payment is required prior to print and despatch. You can pay by credit card on-line.
Payment security
Payments are secured via SSL to encrypt payment details for added security.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement to the e-mail address you have supplied. We will then check product availability and the details of your order and will send you further e-mails to confirm acceptance of your order and provide despatch information.
We may cancel the sale and not supply product if we have reason to suspect your order is fraudulent.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund any payment you have made, in full.
Your Design
We print your design for you from the design you make on the website. We do our utmost to represent your design at exactly as possible, however due to the different colour monitors and printing processes, we cannot be held liable if the final printed design is not exactly as shown on your computer screen.
Delivery and Returns
Any goods purchased on the website are supplied by PP Partnership. All transactions will be completed in Pound Sterling.
Our 14 day guarantee;
You can return items bought at MMAKick.co.uk to PP Partnership within seven days of receipt and get a full refund. Sadly once the 7 day guarantee period has passed PP Partnership can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults within 14 days. We are not able to take back items that don’t fit, where shipped wrongly or you simply didn’t like once our guarantee period has ended.
A customised garment or garments can be returned for a full refund or item exchange if your order meets the following;
1) The print work on one or more of the garments is incorrect from what was specified in the order
2) The garment has clear manufacturing faults
Please note that the image previews generated at the point of reaching the basket are only visual approximations. These approximations include the colour of the t-shirt, the position and colour of the text, and the clarity of the image on the garment.
If your delivery address is different from your billing address we may contact you on your landline telephone to confirm delivery details if they are different from your billing address.
There are a couple of general exceptions to our returns policy. PP Partnership aren’t able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can’t accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging.
Delivery Costs & Times
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your parcel and are a ‘mean average’ across the different sizes.
If it would be cheaper to send your parcel by courier, we reserve the right to do so, unless you have requested Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am.
The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is not available in all parts of the UK. Before requesting Special Delivery, we advise you to check that they deliver to your area by clicking on these links:
We can take no responsibility for late delivery by Royal Mail or courier.
Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. Please be aware that some items in our clothing range can take up to 5 working days to make and 5 working days to despatch dependant on stock at the time of order. We normally use Royal Mail.
It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible as your order may be completed within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. We may be unable to refund the full cost of your purchase if your goods have already been made to your design requirements. We will always refund the delivery costs if your order has not been despatched.
How we use your personal information
MMAKick commits to protect your privacy and will only use the information you have supplied in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information provided during purchase
If you have supplied personal information during the purchase process, we will use your e-mail address to confirm your order has been received. We will also let you know by e-mail if we are unable to supply any part of your order for any reason. We may also use your e-mail address to send you information, offers, articles available on-line and other related information and products that may be of interest to you.
We may also record which products you are interested in as well as general customer visit patterns and site use.
In addition, we reserve the right to delete any product design saved in password protected areas which include images or text which we deem to be offensive, obscene or defamatory.
We maintain security and privacy of your personal details at all times.
You have a right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. As per the Data Protection Act, we charge a £10 administration fee for processing this information.
Law
The use of the MMAKick.co.uk website and these terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply.
All purchases shall be deemed to have been made in England.
We reserve the right not to include any photographs we do not consider suitable for this website. Any photographs sent for inclusion on the website become the property of MMAKick.co.uk. Photographs will be removed at our discretion. You will not be notified if your picture is removed from this site at any time in the future.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision on exclusion.
Safety
All possible care is given to ensuring the products sold are fit for purpose. However, the purchaser is responsible for satisfying themselves that the goods purchased are safe and suitable for the person for whom they are intended. MMAKick.co.uk cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or inappropriate use of any products purchased from this site.
Liability
If any of these terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will not affect any other clause, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever we deem necessary. Changes will come into force as soon as they are posted onto the website.
